Soleo Health is looking for a Full-time Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in Dacula, GA. In this role, you will provide primary patient care, including assessments and education for patients receiving infusion therapy.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing from state’s Board of Nursing.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience, preferably in infusion therapy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to assigned patients including assessments and education.
• Evaluate patient environments and ensure safe care settings.
• Document all patient encounters and communications as needed.
