Option Care Health is seeking a Home Infusion Nurse II for per diem coverage in Monmouth and Mercer counties, Freehold, NJ. This licensed RN will coordinate and provide intermediate care in home or infusion suites under a physician plan of care, with supervision and emphasis on patient safety.

The role requires an active RN license, 1 year of nursing experience, and CPR certification. Travel and documentation accuracy are essential to ensure seamless patient care and billing compliance.

Formación

• Active and unrestricted RN license in state of practice.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Initiates and implements intermediate nursing plan of care.
• Administers medications and educates patients and families.
• Translates physician orders into home infusion care and documents in real-time.
• Coordinates discharge planning and ensures continuity of care.
