Job summary

A regional healthcare provider based in New Jersey is seeking a Home Infusion Nurse to provide direct skilled nursing services to patients. The role involves assessing patients, administering IV therapies, and educating them on self-administering medications. Candidates must have a Nursing Diploma, an active NJ RN License, and at least one year of experience with Peripheral IV placements. This is a per diem position offering flexible scheduling and competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse must have an active CPR Certificate.
• 1 year of experience placing Peripheral IVs and performing Nursing assessments.
• Availability for at least one day per week including all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, educate, and administer direct patient care for infusion therapies.
• Adhere to policies of Empower Nursing Solutions and compliance guidelines.
• Educate patients in person or over the phone regarding their care.
