Job summary

InfuCare Rx is hiring a Home Infusion Nurse in New Jersey, covering Hamilton and May's Landing and surrounding area. You will provide IV therapy at patients' homes, monitor and document conditions, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Required qualifications include an unrestricted RN license, 3 years’ RN experience (preferably home care), BSN or ADN from accredited program, CPR, and authorization to work in the US; success depends on passing annual

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• 3 years’ RN experience, ideally with home care and IV skills
• BSN or ADN from an accredited nursing program
• Current CPR certification
• Proof of eligibility to work in the US
• Pass annual competency checks
• Clean background and drug test

Responsibilities

• Observe, interpret and monitor patient’s condition, acting as advocate
• Collaborate with an exceptional team to meet patient care outcomes
• Discuss health care with patients and relay concerns to nursing team
• IV therapy administration
• Maintain clinical records in compliance with laws
• Other duties as assigned by management
