Job summary

Naven Health is expanding its infusion nursing team in Kentucky, seeking an Infusion Nurse I to provide direct patient care in the home or alternate infusion sites under a physician's plan of care.

Under close supervision, you will perform treatments, educate patients and families, and document care in real time while coordinating with the clinical team to ensure continuity and HIPAA-compliant care.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 0–2 years of infusion nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required (in-person class).

Responsibilities

• Initiates basic nursing care and plans of care in home or infusion sites.
• Assesses patient needs and adjusts plans per physician orders.
• Educates patients and families to promote independence with prescribed therapy.
• Documents care in real-time and coordinates with the Clinical team for continuity.
• Coordinates discharge planning and reports patient progress and goals.
• Complies with HIPAA and agency policies; supports supervision of staff as needed.
• Maintains nursing competency through required trainings and continuing education.
• Participates in on-call responsibilities as applicable.
• Performs other related duties as directed by supervisor.
