Naven Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to provide basic direct patient care in the home or infusion sites under supervision. You will ensure patient safety and follow the physician’s plan of care while delivering exceptional infusion services.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR, and up to 2 years of infusion experience, with the opportunity to contribute to patient education and care coordination. Part-time schedule available across Brunswick, ME and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 0-2 years of infusion nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required (in-person class).

Responsabilités

• Initiates and implements basic nursing plan of care treatments.
• Assesses patient needs and updates plan based on status.
• Provides patient and family education for prescribed therapy.
• Communicates with clinical team and documents care in real time.
• Coordinates discharge planning and reports progress.
• Complies with policies, regulations, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Uses computers to document care and manage visit schedules.
• Responds to patient requests and initiates emergency procedures.
• Supports supervision of paraprofessionals when applicable.
• Participates in team conferences and training activities.
• Performs other duties as directed by supervisor.
