Job summary

Naven Health seeks an Infusion Nurse I to provide direct patient care in home or infusion settings under supervision. You will follow a physician’s plan of care, administer treatments, and educate patients and families to support safe, effective therapies.

The role requires an active RN license and CPR certification, with 0–2 years of infusion nursing experience preferred. Travel may be required; strong computer skills and HIPAA compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• 0–2 years of infusion nursing experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel for business.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to use nursing technology tools.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements basic nursing plan of care in home or infusion site.
• Administers medications and educates patients and families/caregivers.
• Documents care in real-time and submits to the nursing department for billing.
• Coordinates discharge planning and reports patient progress on transfer of care.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA and agency policies.
