Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Full-time Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in the Desert Ridge, AZ area. This field-based role provides direct patient care, assessments, and education in home or alternate sites, following care plans and standards.

You will participate in on-call rotations, manage IV access, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, effective therapy delivery. Travel to patient homes is required, with mileage reimbursement offered.

Qualifications

• Current RN license by the state Board of Nursing in good standing.
• BSN degree from an accredited institution preferred.
• Advanced specialty certifications (e.g., CRNI, ONS, IgRN) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for assigned patients including initiation and maintenance of communications with care team members.
• Educate patients and care partners to safely administer home infusion therapy.
• Evaluate home environment and intervene to ensure safe home care settings.
