Qualifications

• Licensed RN providing intermediate direct patient care.
• Ability to modify plan of care per physician orders.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments; administers medications and educates patients and families.
• Assesses patient needs and status at each visit; re-evaluates and updates plan of care as needed.
• Mentors Infusion Nurse I staff to ensure patient safety and compliance.
• Documents care in real-time for billing and compliance; maintains timely reporting.
