Responsibilities include performing treatments, educating patients and families, and collaborating with the clinical team to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience is preferred for infusion care.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and manages intermediate nursing plans of care in home or infusion suite.
• Evaluates patient progress and communicates with physicians to adjust treatment.
• Provides training and mentorship to Infusion Nurse I’s as needed.
• Documents care in real-time to support billing and continuity of care.
