Job summary

Option Care Health is hiring an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in patients\' homes or alternate infusion suites. You will work under supervision to ensure safety and adherence to the physician\'s plan of care.

The role includes initiating and adjusting treatment plans, educating patients and families, and ensuring timely documentation for billing and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Strong computer literacy for documentation and clinical records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide intermediate nursing care in the home or infusion suite.
• Administer medications and educate patients and families.
• Document care in real time and assist with discharge planning.
