Job summary

Compassus in Wisconsin is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse - PRN to deliver IV treatments in AIS and patients' homes. You will assess patients, administer therapies, and educate caregivers, while coordinating with pharmacy and care teams.

Qualifications

• RN with Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Minimum two years in a clinical setting with patient care management.
• Peripheral IV skills required; PICC/PORT training desired.
• CPR certification required; INS/ONS certification desired.
• Pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers IV treatments in AIS and patient homes.
• Determines venipuncture/catheter sites and monitors treatment.
• Performs patient assessments and documents findings.
• Educates patients and caregivers on home IV management.
• Collaborates with pharmacy and care teams to set goals.
• Handles after-hours triage and infection control protocols.
