Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide infusion therapy to patients in their homes.
• Deliver one‑on‑one home infusion nursing visits and patient education in accordance with physician orders.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and assessments.
• Travel up to two hours per call and participate in on‑call rotations, including overnight and weekend coverage.
• Receive ongoing training in the latest home infusion practices and infusion nursing standards.
• Earn and maintain required certifications, including CPR and collegial credentials such as CRNI® (reimbursement available).
