Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments.
• Organizes and participates in direct patient care and educates patients and families.
• Modifies plan of treatment in response to patient changes and physician orders.
• Performs patient assessments during visits and documents care timely.
• Provides training and mentorship to Infusion Nurse I’s to ensure safety and compliance.
• Communicates with clinical teams to coordinate care and billing documentation.
• Coordinates discharge planning and reports patient progress to the physician.
