Job summary

Option Care Health in the United States is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or an alternate infusion suite under a physician’s plan of care. The role requires active RN licensure and the ability to travel to patient locations.

You will mentor Infusion Nurse I as needed, document care in real time for billing and risk management, and ensure compliant, patient-centered care across diverse settings.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Infusion nursing experience preferred.
• Access to a vehicle for travel to patient homes.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and implements intermediate nursing plan of care in home or infusion suite.
• Administers medications and educates patients and families.
• Coordinates discharge planning and documents care.
• Provides training to Infusion Nurse I as needed.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA and agency policies.
