Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is a leading home infusion provider recruiting an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and deliver intermediate direct patient care in home or an infusion suite. You’ll work under supervision to ensure safety and compliance under a physician’s plan of care.

The role requires current RN licensure, CPR, and at least 1 year of nursing experience, with travel up to 100% as needed. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401K, HSA match, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• 1 year of nursing experience minimum.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements infusion plan of care and monitors patient progress.
• Provides direct patient care in home or infusion suite and performs treatments.
• Educates patients and families on therapy and safety.
• Documents care in real-time and communicates with clinical team.
• Coordinates discharge planning and reports patient status to physician.
