Qualifications

• Licensed RN or Pharmacist with at least 2 years in healthcare.
• Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with referral sources.
• Strong communication, education, and patient-family interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively maintains and grows referral relationships to drive sales and patient starts.
• Educates patients, families and facility staff on services and products.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure smooth transitions to home/ATS.
