PruittHealth is seeking a billing specialist to support our Home Infusion services. You will handle accurate billing, respond to inquiries, and ensure timely processing of daily census data and statements.

Responsibilities include reviewing pre-billing reports, monthly statements, and maintaining documentation, while adhering to company policies and applicable laws. A friendly, caring approach aligns with our mission.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years' experience in medical billing/collections.
• Experience with home infusion billing highly desired.
• CPR+ Home Infusion or similar billing software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate billing information obtained from daily census, LTC, etc.
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external pharmacy home infusion customers.
• Reviews pre-billing reports daily for accuracy.
• Reviews monthly statements for accuracy.
• Respond to change productively and handle additional projects as assigned.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, state and federal laws and regulations and report violations to the appropriate supervisor.
• File and organize all appropriate paperwork related to job duties.
• Keep supervisor informed of daily activities, and issues.
