Job summary

Vital Care Infusion Services is seeking a skilled Home Infusion Billing Specialist to process medical claims with accuracy and timeliness. The role focuses on reducing denials, DSO, and bad debt while adhering to compliance standards.

Qualifications

2-5 years home infusion billing and/or collections experience required.
High School Diploma and specialized training in intake, pharmacy/medical billing, and/or collections.
Experience in an infusion suite setting is a plus.
Remote work experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Create and submit medical, pharmacy and third-party vendor claims timely and accurately.
Resolve rejected electronic claims to ensure future submissions succeed.
Maintain ready-to-bill delivery tickets and track billing status.
Document activity in CareTend to ensure complete account records.
Contribute to training materials and process improvements for the RCM team.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
