Job summary

Vital Care Infusion Services is seeking a remote Home Infusion Billing Specialist to process medical, pharmacy, and third-party claims with accuracy and timeliness, to reduce denial rates, DSO, and bad debt across franchises. You will submit claims, resolve rejections, maintain ready-to-bill tickets, document activity in CareTend, and contribute to training materials to improve efficiency.

Requires 2–5 years in infusion billing, a High School Diploma, and strong MS Office and pharmacy

Qualifications

• 2-5 years home infusion billing and/or collections experience.
• High School Diploma with specialized training in intake, billing, and/or collections.
• Remote work experience is a plus.
• Detail oriented with post-billing and post-payment investigative experience preferred.
• Infusion setting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Submit medical, pharmacy and third-party claims timely and accurately.
• Resolve rejected electronic claims to ensure future submissions succeed.
• Maintain ready-to-bill delivery tickets and flag issues.
• Document activity in CareTend to ensure completeness of account activity.
• Contribute billing expertise to training and policy development to improve efficiency.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
