PJ Fitzpatrick is hiring a Post-Install Customer Care Technician to diagnose and resolve warranty and punch-list items on installed products, including roofing, siding, doors, windows, and gutters. You will work with a professional team, handle duties from troubleshooting to scheduling, and focus on delivering top-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to lift and carry up to 100 lbs.
• Work outdoors and on roofs in varying conditions.
• Comfortable using power tools and manual tools.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose home repair issues.
• Communicate repair needs and opportunities to customers.
• Balance customer needs with project profitability.
• Generate sales leads for gutters, roofing, siding, trim, doors, windows, and baths.
• Create and deliver detailed scopes of work and forms.
• Follow procedures accurately.
• Maintain company vehicle and ensure regular maintenance.
• Maintain professional appearance and reliability.
• Deliver high level of customer service.
• Manage daily schedule per Coordinator directions.
