Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months of Lowe’s retail experience.
• 1 year of sales or customer service experience in a sales environment with sales goals
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or 25+ lbs with assistance
• Obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required by state (Lowe’s will support)

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and showcasing Lowe’s products.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors within your department, handling estimates, scheduling, and orders.
• If in the Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors to restock.
• Perform pricing reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support checkout functions and assist teammates as needed.
• Train associates on the sales floor and coach development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned
