Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or basic information entry.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (phones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock replenishment and maintaining organized shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time fulfillment.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint, hardware, lumber) per customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
