Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find the right products, and ensure their needs are met throughout the shopping experience. You may load merchandise, stock shelves, and assist across departments based on hiring needs and your skills.

The role emphasizes friendly service, problem solving, and working in a fast paced retail environment with opportunities for bilingual candidates and growth. This position is commonly part-time with flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• 6 Months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock merchandise by identifying empty shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
