Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, answer questions, and help them find the right home improvement products. You will interact with customers throughout the day, assist with locating merchandise, and ensure their needs are met with friendly, professional service.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
