Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and provide friendly, professional service throughout their shopping trip. The role may involve stocking, answering questions, and directing customers to the right departments to meet their home improvement needs.

Responsibilities include assisting with locating merchandise, processing orders, and possibly cross-training in other store areas to ensure top customer service.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer use experience (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information)
• 6 months experience using retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in department (e.g., paint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
