Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer-facing sales or 6 months of Lowe’s retail experience.
• 1 year of sales or customer service in a sales environment with goals.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Must be able to stand/sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as department contact for customers and vendors, manage orders and installations.
• Assist in price reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support checkout processes and departmental communications.
• Train associates and participate in on-the-job coaching.
