Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Sales Specialist in Hawaii to greet customers, understand project needs, and guide them to the right products. You’ll become a product expert, explain features, promotions, and financing options to close sales, while delivering consultative service at the Lowe's store.

The role involves assisting in multiple departments, supporting checkout, and helping ensure customer satisfaction with each visit. Benefits and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months of Lowe’s retail experience.
• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service in a sales environment with required goals/metrics.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and communicating Lowe's advantages.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors within your department; estimate projects and schedule installer visits.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors/stores to find merchandise and replacements.
• Train associates on the Sales floor and coach on development needs.
