Job summary

Lowe’s in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Sales Specialist to greet customers, assess project needs, and help them select home improvement products. You will become the product expert, explaining features, promotions, and financing options to close sales and guide customers through their purchases.

You’ll support orders, installations, and inquiries while assisting other store teams and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience as stated.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic; stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and explaining Lowe’s products.
• Serve as department contact for estimates, orders, and installations; track progress.
• In Pro Dept, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory, price according to policies, and assist checkout and service requests.
• Train associates on the Sales floor and support development needs.
