Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate in the United States to warmly welcome customers and help them find the right home improvement products. You will assist with locating merchandise, load as needed, and ensure customer needs are met across departments.

You will spend much of your day listening to customers, answering questions, and maintaining organized stock while supporting a variety of store tasks. Flexible, customer-focused teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology.
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25lbs.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Replenish shelves and ensure products are stocked and organized.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for timely receipt.
• Cross-train in other areas to help deliver excellent customer service.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout, and perform other duties as assigned.
