Lowe's Home Centers, LLC is seeking a Sales Specialist to assist customers in finding products, discuss project needs, and close sales through expert product knowledge and financing options. You’ll work across departments, answer questions, and help customers achieve home improvement goals in a fast-paced store environment.

You will be in one of several departments (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Millwork, Fashion Plumbing, Outlet, Tool Rental, Pro, or Windows & Walls) and

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year in customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience (or 3 years external sales or 18 months Lowe’s retail if education not met).
• 1 year of sales or customer service experience with sales goals/metrix.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic; able to stand/sit for prolonged periods.

Aufgaben

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as point of contact for customers and vendors, provide estimates, schedule installers, process orders and follow up.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with vendors/store to maintain stock.
• Perform price reviews per pricing policies and maintain pricing docs.
• Support checkout functions and assist with information requests.
• Train associates on the Sales floor and coach on development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
