Lowe's is hiring a Sales Specialist in Mooresville, NC to guide customers through product selection and project planning. You’ll be the store’s front line, answering questions, presenting options, and helping close sales while providing outstanding service.

You'll work with multiple departments across the store to understand customer needs, coordinate delivery/installation when needed, and support pricing, promotions, and checkout processes.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer-facing sales experience or Lowe’s retail experience.
• 1 year of sales or customer service experience with sales goals or metrics.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Obtain sales-related licensure if required by law; Lowe’s will support.

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors within your department; provide estimates, schedule visits, and track orders.
• In Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors/store network for stock.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Assist with checkout functions and in-store requests.
• Train associates on the Sales floor and coach development needs.
