Lowe's is hiring a Sales Specialist to greet customers, understand project needs, and help them select the right home improvement products. You will become a product expert, sharing specs, features, promotions, and financing options to close sales.

You will work across departments such as Appliances, Flooring, and Live Nursery, delivering exceptional service, meeting sales goals, and training teammates to improve customer experiences in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of sales or customer service in a sales environment with goals.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance.
• Sales-related licensure or registration if required by state; Lowe's will support.

Responsabilidades

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and communicating advantages of Lowe's products and services.
• Serve as point of contact for customers and vendors within your department, providing project estimates, scheduling installer visits, processing and tracking orders.
• If in the Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales and services.
• Monitor inventory levels to support sales and coordinate with vendors to reorder stock.
• Perform price reviews by pricing policies and maintain pricing documentation.
• Train associates in the department and coach around development needs.
