Job summary

Velaz Solar is seeking a hands-on Home Improvement Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team in New Jersey. You will oversee the entire sales cycle from lead follow-up to close and coordinate with operations to ensure smooth transitions to production.

The ideal candidate will bring a deep background in exterior remodeling, strong leadership, and proven ability to train and motivate a sales staff in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach, and manage the Home Improvement Sales Team.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Home Improvement Sales Manager with a strong background in residential exterior remodeling and a proven ability to lead and develop sales teams.

The ideal candidate should have hands‑on knowledge of the full home improvement process, including roofing, siding, gutters, soffit & fascia, windows, and other exterior remodeling services.

This is a leadership position for someone who understands both the products and how to sell them.

Key Responsibilities
