Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help customers find products and solutions for home improvement. You will greet shoppers, answer questions, and guide them to the right departments.

Qualifications

6 Months experience using a computer for inputting, accessing, or outputting information.
6 Months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service.
Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
Stock merchandise and replenish shelves as needed.
Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time.
Cross-train in other areas of the store to support customer service.
Prepare department items based on customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall).
Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
Complete other duties as assigned.
