Job summary

Sears is hiring Sales Reps for Home Improvement Exterior and Interior products in the Orlando area. This full-time role offers 100% commission with benefits; reps typically earn $45K-$80K, with top performers over $90K annually. Travel is within about 2 hours of your home zip, with appointments scheduled from our national center.

No experience required—Sears provides paid training and tools, including a laptop and access to design software. Training is offered and office visits occur weekly.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service, listening and influencing skills.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Must be computer proficient.
• Must be able to work a 5 day work week, including Saturdays.
• Must have valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Travel within local market area to appointments using personal vehicle.
• Attend local sales office visits once a week; rest are appointments from home.
• Support pre-set, pre-qualified appointments provided by the center.
