Job summary

Sears is seeking Project Sales Consultants in the Detroit area for the In-Home Outside Sales Team. This full-time role offers 100% commission with benefits, with typical earnings of $45K–$80K and top performers at $90K+ annually. Reps visit clients at their homes, using pre-confirmed appointments from the National Sales center, within a local radius.

Not door-to-door; compensation rewards performance with an extensive support system, including paid training and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel locally within the home zip code vicinity.
• Must be computer proficient.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Travel locally to appointments using personal vehicle.
• Present Home Improvement product estimates to customers.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide service.
• Work 5 days per week including Saturdays.
