Sears is seeking Sales Project Consultants for Home Improvement in the Bridgeport, CT area. This is a full-time role with 100% commission and W-2 benefits, offering pre-confirmed appointments and leads from a National Sales center.

Representatives travel locally to appointments and are paid on commission with strong earning potential. You will use a laptop with design software, receive paid training, and have opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Must travel within local market area using personal vehicle.
• Must have valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
• Ability to lift sample cases up to 40 lbs.
• Proficient with computers and basic software.
• Able to work five days a week, including Saturdays.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and communicate effectively.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Travel locally to appointments using personal vehicle.
• Meet with customers and present home improvement estimates.
• Close sales and secure contracts with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of visits and leads.
• Attend training sessions and ongoing product education.
• Collaborate with sales team to achieve targets.
• Provide high-quality customer service and follow-up.
• Adhere to safety and company policies.
