Job summary

Sears in Norwalk, CT is seeking Project Sales Consultants to join the In-Home Outside Sales Team. This full-time role is 100% commission with benefits and leads provided; reps visit a local sales office once a week and conduct appointments from home.

Territories span up to 2 hours around your home zip code. The position emphasizes pre-confirmed appointments, not door-to-door sales, with strong earning potential and training provided.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
• Extensive local market area travel with a personal vehicle.
• Must be computer proficient.
• Must be able to work 5 days a week including Saturdays.
• Excellent customer service, listening and influencing skills.
• Ability to lift sample cases up to 40 lbs.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle pre-confirmed and pre-set appointments from our national sales center.
• Visit appointments from home and not door-to-door sales.
• Communicate effectively with customers and close sales.
• Travel locally to customer appointments with personal vehicle.
• Represent Sears with professional conduct and meet sales targets.
