Job summary

Sears in Waterbury, CT is seeking Project Sales Consultants to join the In-Home Outside Sales Team. This full-time role offers 100% commission with benefits; reps typically earn between $45K - $80K, with top performers at $90K+ annually.

You will work from home with scheduled pre-set appointments and local travel within a 2-hour radius. No door-to-door required; leads provided from our national sales center.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and influence decisions.
• Strong computer skills and data entry accuracy.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and carry required insurance.
• Able to work a 5-day week including Saturdays.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Travel locally to appointments using personal vehicle.
• Present and close home improvement product estimates.
• Maintain customer relationships and follow-up on leads.
• Work with pre-set appointments from national sales center.
• Achieve sales targets and provide excellent service to customers.
