• Manage workflow via CRM, prioritize high-profit jobs, and ensure all bids receive a final 'yes' or 'no.'
• Coordinate closely with owners, crew leaders, and field staff to ensure job scope, scheduling, and billing accuracy.
• Attain sales volume and gross profit goals, participate in meetings, and assist in implementing new systems.
