Job summary

The role supports flexible schedules and growth within the team. Ideal candidates have basic computer skills, retail tech experience, and a customer-first mindset; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills: input, access, modify information.
• Experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Able to stand/sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (with or without accommodation).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and selecting products.
• Stock shelves and replenish merchandise.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service quality.
• Prepare merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint/paint, cut/materials).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
