Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or similar technology.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (phones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform physical duties.
• Consistently lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders/deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or at checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
