Lowe’s invites applications for a Customer Service Associate who welcomes customers, helps them locate products, answers questions, and delivers friendly, professional support across home improvement departments. You will engage customers throughout the day, guide purchases, and ensure a positive shopping experience in a busy retail environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy in stocking and processing orders, and flexibility in a part-time schedule.

Formación

• 6 Months Experience using a computer
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
