Qualifications

• 2–5 years on-the-job experience in the construction business (management experience preferred).
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on installation/ construction work.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all jobs in progress from start to finish.
• Recruit and train sub-contractors.
• Coordinate communications with customers on job and service issues.
• Support installation via effective materials management.
• Manage customer service related issues and expenses for all product lines.
• Supervise warehouse staff and the Installation Assistant.
• Resolve contract issues with sales staff to support installation.
• Maintain QED standards in district location.
• Ensure permits and licenses for all jobs are obtained and kept current.
