Tri-Supply's Austin, TX location is seeking a Manager/Assistant Manager to support home improvement operations. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, meets operational deadlines, and excels at coaching and developing teams.

You will guide staff, coordinate projects to meet sales and inventory deadlines, and ensure customer satisfaction by helping clients choose the best products and services for their projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervisory experience in sales or customer service
• Ability to remain calm and provide constructive feedback in all situations
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service
• Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Able to train and motivate staff
• Ability to work independently and under direction
• Exercise sound judgment with regard to escalation
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and teamwork
