Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer or retail tech tools.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology like smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock merchandise and replenish shelves as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time pickup or delivery.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service excellence.
• Prepare department merchandise according to customer needs (e.g., paint mixing, pipe work, wood cutting).
• Guide customers through shopping and checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
