Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement needs. You will engage with customers, assist with locating products, and ensure customer needs are met throughout the day.

Responsibilities include helping customers, stocking shelves, processing orders and deliveries, and potentially rotating through departments to deliver top service. Ability to lift up to 75 lb with assistance as needed.

Competenze

• 6 months of experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with or without an accommodation.
• Preferred: 6 months of retail and/or customer service experience.
• Preferred: Bi-lingual skills.
• Preferred: Certification in trade related to department (e.g., hardware, kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden, and lumber/building materials).

Mansioni

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, cut drywall, cut blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
