Job summary

Lowe's, a leading home improvement retailer in the United States, seeks a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find products for home improvement needs. You will interact with customers throughout the day, answer questions, locate items, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

As a part-time associate, you’ll work across departments, help with merchandise and checkout, and participate in a team environment that supports growth and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
• Able to stand for long periods and perform duties as required
• Minimum lifting 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service
• Prepare merchandise in department as needed (e.g., tint/paint, cut pipe, wood, drywall)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
