Lowe's Companies, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Associate in Salt Lake City, UT. You'll welcome customers, help them locate products, and ensure a smooth checkout experience while delivering friendly service.

You'll work in departments such as Appliances, Hardware, Tools, or more, with daily tasks including assisting customers, stocking shelves, and processing orders. The role supports growth with training and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock merchandise by checking shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, cut drywall, cut blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
